We aim to dispatch all international orders within 24–48 business hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
In the rare event that an item cannot be fulfilled due to inventory discrepancies or in-store sales, our team will contact you promptly to assist.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that international tracking updates can sometimes be limited between scan points — if you’ve received a confirmation email, your parcel is on its way.
We recommend using a delivery address where someone is available between 8:30am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday).
Due to ongoing changes to international tariffs, import duties and customs regulations (particularly for U.S. customers), shipping costs and import fees cannot always be accurately calculated at checkout.

After your order is placed:
Our team will calculate the correct international shipping and tariff-related charges and contact you within 2 business days to arrange payment before dispatch.
If you do not wish to proceed once the final shipping cost is provided, your order can be cancelled and refunded in full.
Customs duties, import taxes, tariffs and clearance fees are set by your local government and are not included in your order total or shipping costs.
These charges are:
• Determined by your country
• Collected by customs or the courier upon arrival
• The responsibility of the customer
Nik & She has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them on your behalf.
We are currently experiencing a high number of international parcels being returned due to unpaid customs or import charges.
If your parcel is returned to us because required fees were not paid:
• A refund will be issued for item(s) only once the parcel is received back to us
• All shipping fees are non-refundable
• A $10 AUD admin/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
To avoid disappointment, please ensure you are familiar with your country’s import requirements and are prepared to pay any applicable fees when your parcel arrives.
International delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.
Once your parcel leaves our store, Nik & She is not responsible for:
• Shipping delays
• Customs clearance timeframes
• Additional fees imposed by your country
We’re always happy to assist with tracking enquiries where possible.
If your tracking states your order has been delivered to your address but you are unable to find it, please check your surrounding areas for the order to see if the driver might have put it in a safe place where it's not visible from the street.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please get in touch with us and we will lodge an investigation with the courier for you. This will take 1-3 business days to be completed from when you contact us.
As an Australian seller, we are legally required to repair or replace a product that is defective, but this consumer guarantee does not extend to replacing an item that was posted by us and subsequently lost by Australia Post. Please bare this in mind when ordering online; we do everything in our power for the item to arrive safely to you, but take no responsibility for parcels lost in transit by the couriers.
If your order is returned to us for any reason (including customs fees not paid or unable to deliver) you will be issued an automatic credit note minus the full cost of shipping.
